FixFolio respects your privacy. This app is designed to store and manage home maintenance information entirely within your own Apple iCloud account.

Information Storage

FixFolio does not operate any central servers and does not collect or store your personal data.

All app data — including maintenance records, warranties, notes, photos, and related information — is stored securely in your private iCloud database using Apple’s CloudKit services. This data is accessible only to you and is not accessible by the developer.

FixFolio may allow you to link to:

Photos from your device photo library
Contacts from your iOS Contacts app

This information remains within your device and iCloud account. FixFolio does not copy, transmit, or store this data outside of your personal iCloud storage.

Analytics and Diagnostics

FixFolio may use Apple-provided analytics and crash reporting tools to help improve app performance and reliability. These services are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple’s privacy policies. The developer does not receive personally identifiable information through these tools.

FixFolio does not sell, share, rent, or transfer your data to third parties.

FixFolio is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
